I'm currently reading an evolutionary theory of deperession analysis and I must say, it is extremely helpful and insightful when trying to understand what those around you live through and ways they may cope with, (MDD).

 

I am extremely passionate about mental health disorders and the care provided to those who suffer from such. I am especially passionate about poc with mental disorders as they are often demonised and deconstructed like animals by media outlets, predominately white funded corperations and even the justice system. hopefully this analysis of MDD will help those uninformed about it and open up eyes, ears and hearts.
